Custom HD UV Flexographic Printed CMYK BOPP Label for the Food Industry

Using our HD UV flexographic printing technology, Advantage Label Co., Inc. recently printed a series of Teriyaki chicken breast packaging labels for a client from the food industry. Designed for retail distribution, each packaging label needed to possess vivid looking colors and a high line count. Our advanced flexographic printing operations allowed us to use CMYK colors and print up to 200 lines per inch.

We constructed our client's label from 2.6 millimeter BOPP material. The finished product included a UV varnish for surface protection and a durable adhesive that would adhere well in freezer conditions. The label measured 6 inches in length and 7.75 inches in width. Meeting a customer supplied design, we were able to print a series of packaging labels for the food industry, fulfilling our client's retail requirements within a quick, 1-2 week turnaround period.
