Custom HD UV Flexographic Printed CMYK BOPP Label for the Household Chemical Industry

Recently, a client that sells household chemicals contacted Advantage Label Co., Inc., requesting that we print a series of labels that would be applied to bottles of drain cleaner product. We constructed our customer's  labels from 2.6 millimeter BOPP material. This material possessed a permanent adhesive and UV varnish.

To meet our client's retail application requirements, we needed to be able to print brilliant colors up to 175 lines per inch. Using our advanced HD UV flexographic printing operations, which allows for vibrant CMYK color display and a high line count, we were able to properly reproduce our client's packaging design. Advantage Label was able to successfully fulfill our customer's promotional label needs within a quick, 1-2 week turnaround period.
