Custom UV Flexographic Printed 80 Gauge Silver Film Overwrap for the Toy & Trading Card Industry

Known for our custom label printing and marking services, Advantage Label Co., Inc. was contracted by a client from the toy and trading card industry to provide custom flexographic printing of a series of trading card overwraps. We manufactured these overwraps using our advanced UV flexographic printing machinery with high-definition 4000 DPI digital plates.

Based off a customer supplied design, the overwrap was constructed from 80 gauge silver film. The graphic design on the label was printed using CMYK four-color printing system plus spot white. Additionally, we provided the overwrap with a 70 gauge clear over-laminate film coating.

Providing a 1-2 week delivery to all national and international locations, Advantage Label was able to successfully manufacture and deliver custom printed overwraps for a trading card printing company. These products not only met with exact client specifications, they also exceeded customer expectations for quality.
